Thanks for the query,
I have gone through the photograph.
The lesion looks like a wart.
You can opt for interventions like cryosurgery(using liquid nitrogen) or cauterisation for complete removal of the lesion. Cauterisation is a relatively cheaper options compared to cryosurgery.
You can apply over the counter available salicylate creams which can lyse or dissolve the wart, However may not be effective in every cases.

Cryosurgery will be a better choice. However cost will be bit high. A slight risk of recurrence is there with all procedures.
