After going through the medical details provided by you I would like to tell you that symptoms of heart attack in any age-group of patients that almost similar. The patient usually complain of the following symptoms
1. Sudden onset chest discomfort which is usually central with or without radiation to left shoulder, arm to the back, up to jaw line.
2. Some patients also complains of gastric discomfort.
3. Chest discomfort associated with sweating or breathing difficulties.
These are the common symptoms associated with heart attack. If the patient is having long standing diabetes then they might not encounter any symptoms also.
It’s highly advisable to take the patient to ER once asap for evaluation.
