I saw the pic.
The wound is red.It suggests Healing.
There is no evidence of infection in the picture.
You should regularly clean the wound and do dressing after application of Povidone iodine ointment.
Take B complex tablet/capsule once daily
There are no specific measures for quick healing.If infection doesn't occur,it will heal soon.

what can i use to clean it ? i just dont want to risk it getting infected
