Dear sir, hello again. Thank you for clarifying that but in patient details you have stated that you are a 48 years old female and the answer was according to that information.
However, since you are a male , then you should get a blood test for cortisol level to exclude its overproduction. Also you should monitor your blood pressure every eight hours and keep a record for a week to exclude hypertension. I would also recommend that you get a blood test for thyroid hormonal profile including T3, T4 and TSH. If all the above were normal then you should take an antihistaminic as citrizine once daily before going to bed as this is probably due to sinusitis. I hope you find this helpful
