Brief Answer:
Hand eczema

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the image.

You seem to have an eczematous dermatitis which is common in those with underlying dry skin. Frequent hand washing and using sanitizers acts as a precipitating cause. I suggest you to use a moisturizer regularly and everytimr after hand washing. In addition I suggest you to use a potent topical steroid cream e.g either clobetasol propionate 0.0t% cream or halobetasol propionate 0.05 % cream, twice daily over the eczema patches You may also take an oral antihistamine e.g Cetrizine 10mg once daily for symptomatic relief from itching. These are prescription medications.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if you need any more assistance.
