Question : Hi,
I have pain/discomfort in my lower back in the middle to left hand side. It hurts more when I arch my back. I have had the pain for 1 week and a half. It has improved slightly. Do you know what could be causing the discomfort? Do you recommend and stretches? I am a healthy non smoker.

I read your query and here is my advice.
I think it can be muscle pain .
It can be related to bad position while working .
Physical therapy and stretches can be recommended . Also anti-inflammatory drugs such ibuprofen or acetaminophen may be used.
