I have experienced pain for the first time from right side stomach till below the right butt for about half an hour. I have taken water and took a normal walk for few minutes then pain was gradually decreased, this was first time I have experienced.
also I am having cold and flum coming out of .my nose and mouth for past 2 days which is getting better as iam taking it out frequently.
Please provide your suggestions in this case.
Thank you
The abdominal pain could be related to a kidney stone or muscular pain.
Detailed Answer:
Hello Mr. XXXXXXX
Thanks for posting your health concern. I have gone through your description of the problem and understand your concern.
Based on your description, I think the cause for the right sided abdominal pain going to the back up to buttocks is a kidney stone, or it could be due to muscle spasm.
Another probability is, a nerve that is pinched/compressed by a disc bulge.
Without examining you in person, it is difficult to come to a conclusion as to what might be the exact cause.
Running nose and phlegm coming from mouth indicates a probable viral infection of the upper airway.
If you do not have any fever, then you can do salt water gargling and steam inhalation 3 times a day and it will get better.
If your abdominal pain does not reduce in another 1 or 3 days, and if the pain is severe or if you develop bloating, tightness in the abdomen and abdominal distention, then I would request you to consult a surgeon as soon as possible.
You can wait watch for now, if it gets even slightly worse, then you should visit a surgeon without fail urgently.
I hope this answers your query, feel free to write back if you have any doubts.
Wishing you speedy recovery.
Best regards.
Any other liquids which I can take which can dissolve kidney stones if they are just in case. ?
There is no medicine to dissolve already formed stones. Can try citralka
Detailed Answer:
Hello again Mr XXXXXXX
Thank you for writing back.
It is good to know that you are not having any pain currently.
Unfortunately, there are no medicines that can dissolve already formed stones, however, you can take Syrup Citralka 5 ml in half glass of water twice a day to prevent any more new stones from forming.
You can wait and watch, and if you get the pain again, then you should consult a surgeon and get yourself examined to find the exact cause.
Continue drinking around 3 to 4 liters of water per day.
I hope this helps you.
Best regards
I will take the recommended medicine - Citralka 5 ml in half glass of water twice a day.
