What Do White Patches Inside The Penis Indicate?

Question: from past one week i have seen white patches inside my pennis and has become red in color, some times i am having itching. Two years back my doctor had prescribed nadoxin-c cream. Can i still continue the same ointment or any new drugs and curable
Daily I am washing with soap and water.

I appreciate your concern regarding your skin condition and will make sure your problem gets solved in a rightful way.

I think you might have got some fungal infection over penis (Candidial Balanoposthitis or Tinea) but still its difficult to say anything without actual examination or clinical photographs.

Also mention the following points of history on follow up:
1. Associated symptoms apart from itching like discharge from urethra,burning sensation while urination, ulcers over genitals, lumps in groin area (enlarged lymph nodes) etc
2 Sexual exposure history
3. History of similar complain in past
4 History of any complain in your partner
5. Are you suffering from diabetes or any medical condition
6. Any other significant points which you think can help.

Therefore i suggest you to send few good quality pictures along with detailed history in the follow up.
