Brief Answer:
Sweat does not taste salty probably nothing

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

Thanks for posting your query,

I am pleased to be able to assist you.
I believe you mean if there is a problem if your sweat does not taste salty as it should normally taste. It is true that sweat should taste salty, but it is not normally always the case. Some people may have less concentrated sweat which could be as a result of significant elimination in urine. You can get a blood electrolytes test (just to put your mind at peace about your blood salt levels). Blood electrolytes consist of analyzing the levels of sodium, calcium, potassium, chlorine, magnesium, phosphorus etc in blood. If your values remain within normally ranges, it means you have nothing to worry about but if they are low, then it is a problem and could directly explain your absence of salt taste in your sweat. Your doctor will be able to investigate further to find out the cause of low salt level in your blood then probably correct with appropriate treatment.

Hope this helps and wish you the best.
