I see the photo you attached and there are several pearly papules on your scrotum.
I believe it can be molluscum contagiosum.
It is an STD caused by skin to skin contact.
It usually resolves by itself.

I believe that most probably it can be molluscum contagiosum. It doesn't hurt.
Usually it is darker than the skin.
Of course it can be transmitted to female partner.
