Brief Answer:
MRI scan is required to analyse type and content of cyst

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I understand your concerns.

Following is my reply:

1) Right ovary shows a complex cyst and a solid lesion which is a matter of concern.

2) I believe this does needs further analysis by MRI scan examination to assess type of cyst and its contents.

3) There are various possibilities like Dermoid cyst or hemorrhagic cyst which needs to be identified by further MRI scan.

4) Request your doctor for MRI scan test , laparoscopy and biopsy.

Let me know if you need anymore help.
