Hi,
Impression
1. No acute intracranial findings.
2. There are a couple of le! frontal periventricular foci of white matter T2 FLAIR hyperintensity. These are nonspecific and may or may not be of clinical significance. Differential considerations are broad and include demyelination, migraine headaches, vasculitis, vasculopathy, Lyme disease, inflammation, and gliosis.

Brief Answer:
I would explain as follows.

Detailed Answer:
Hello,

I have read your question about the MRI examination modality.

MRI without contrast is the usual MRI procedure which is done without the use of the contrast agent.

The results of the MRI procedure are as valuable as those done with the use of a contrast agent.

The contrast medium is used to enhance brain lesions such as tumors, etc. when suspected after the regular or MRI without contrast medium.

These MRI results point towards small vessel disease or migraine changes, in my opinion, there is no need for contrast MRI.

Discuss with your Neurologist these issues.

Hope this helps.

Feel free to ask if you have further questions.
Thanks.
