Hi again

The above recommendations will be helpful in raising hemoglobin.
Since anemia is in background, we must check blood levels for iron, B12 and Folic acid also before starting supplements. B12 is usually found low in vegetarians.
You can start Syrup Dexorange 1 tbsp 2 times a day and rinse mouth after taking to avoid staining of teeth. Take it with water or juice but avoid with milk.
Tab Neurobion Plus once a day for 3 months after confirming deficiency of B12.

Take the above for atleast 3 months and recheck he above tests.
