Question: what if you have pain in your vagina and your on birth control but im a week away from my sugar pill and i missed my period last month and i have been active

Pain in the vagina can be due to infection, abrasions in the vagina which occur during intercourse when there is decreased moisture in the vagina, etc. It does not indicate pregnancy.
If you have been regular in taking pills last month, you need not worry.
But if this is bothering you, get a pregnancy test done.
