Brief Answer:
Thyroid ultrasound

Detailed Answer:
Hi
I have gone through your query and understood your concern.

Considering your thyroid panel results ,i would recommend to do a thyroid ultrasound and an anti TSH receptor antibodies test.

Let me know the results and i will be happy to guide you further.
Take care.
