Hello and welcome to ask a doctor service. I have gone through your query and viewed the image.

I can see a red patch on right side cheek. It doesn't seem to be scaly. If it is something which you just noticed then perhaps it is due to scratching or rubbing which is when it is likely to be transient. I suggest you to use a soothing lotion e.g calamine lotion. However, if it is of recent onset, then it could be a light induced eruption which is usually itchy and common in summer and spring. Kindly give me more details regarding its onset? duration? and any symptoms?Did you use any cream or topical preparation prior to its onset?

i had the flu last week with fever. can it be a break out from sweat cause i have on my forhead too
