                                    Brief Answer:
Genital warts most likely
Detailed Answer:
Hello, I'm Dr. Branch,
Thanks for using 'Ask A Doctor' service.
The pictures show fairly clearly an infection with genital warts. Genital warts are caused by a virus called human papillomavirus, which is very common.
Infection may have been acquired weeks to many months before warts came, so it is very difficult to know when exactly you were infected. These are contagious and contact with a wart can transmit it to another person.
There are a variety of effective treatments for genital warts, and without treatment, warts may spontaneously resolve, persist, or progress, and it is estimated that approximately one-third of genital warts will go away by itself within four months without treatment.
Treatments include topical creams that you can apply such as Imiquimod. Your doctor can also treat with cryotherapy or with surgical removal. Treatment is recommended since it is not known whether these warts will resolve on their own, and they may possibly get bigger.
I hope that helps, please let me know if you have any other questions about any of that and I would be glad to discuss it with you further.

                                    Brief Answer:
I do not see anything on the head of the penis
Detailed Answer:
I cannot see anything on the head of the penis clearly, could you maybe send another picture showing what you are talking about?
The cream will help get rid of the warts, but the virus can still live underneath the skin, can still be spread to others, and can cause warts later on. In some cases the body clears the virus, but in other cases the body never does, and some patients will have the virus for the rest of their lives.
