Brief Answer:
Pityriasis rosea, topical steroid, oral antiviral, antihistaminic
Detailed Answer:
According to your complaints it seems to be pityriasis rosea which is a self limiting viral rash.
I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 3 weeks and take antiviral medicine like tablet aciclovir 400 mg thrice daily for 7 days.
For itching take antihistaminic like tablet chlorpheniramine maleate 4 mg once or twice daily depending on the intensity of itching.
Oral antivirals are prescription drugs and you need to see the doctor in person to get them.
