Looks like a telengiectasia.

Detailed Answer:
Hi,
I have gone through the photographs.
The lesion looks like a telengiectasia. Which is nothing but a dilated small blood vessels underneath the skin. It may be due to minor trauma or irritation.
Nothing much to worry and it will settle by itself in few days.
If you don’t have any pain or itching no treatment is required as of now.
