Hello dear, welcome to Ask a doctor's service.
I read your query and here is my advice.
I see the photo you attached and it seems like a wart .
You can also attach another photo without zooming it which shows normal skin and this lesion.
Again I can say that it looks like warts

what can i do about this?
Brief Answer:
It can be either ringworm or warts.
Detailed Answer:
Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
I see the next picture you attached and it looks like a circular growth on the skin in the body of penis.
It looks like dermatophytosis , fungal skin infection or even warts.
You can tell me for other symptoms such discharge or itching.
You can do microscopic examination to test for it .
If it is confirmed that it is dermatophytosis or ringworm you can use clotrimazole ointment on it .
If it is confirmed to be warts you may need to use podophyllin.
Let me know if I can assist you further.
