Seems keratosis or tonsillar stone
Detailed Answer:
Hii.
Welcome to the Ask A Doctor service.
It seems that you posterior pharyngeal wall, tonsils are congested. The spot seems a keratosis or tonsillar stone. It can be due to accumulated food or due to chronic inflammation. It is mainly due to acid reflux. So you don't need to worry about. Do warm saline gargle or betadine gargle. Take an antacid to decrease acid reflux. Take more water, less tea, coffee. Review after 2 week.

Thank you for the response. Your were right, I pushed it with a q tip and two came out. The tonsil still hurts, is it likely the rest will fall out without pushing?
