Well, if fever is persisting, she should get done with the RT-PCR now (2 samples, one from deep nasal and one from oropharyngeal)...For fever, take Tab PARACETAMOL 650mg up to thrice daily after food...

In the interim, avoid going to any crowded places...strictly maintain social distancing, frequent handwashing, face mask while going out and all other universal precautions applicable nowadays...
