Question: Recently,my arm shows lots of bruising, including lots of little spots. I am going to see family for first time in long time. What can I buy at drug store for topical help. And what should I ask my internist to prescribe?

Probably you are on anticoagulant medication such as Aspirin.
These spots are formed due to minor bleeding under the skin.
You can try heparin gel. It will help in resolution of these spots. Apply heparin gel daily in night for one week. Also take Tablet Vitamin C 500 mg daily one tablet for 30 days. Vitamin C prevents bleeding under skin. Let me know if you have any other doubts.
