Detailed Answer:
Hi
Accidental ingestion of some amount of petrol is harmless.
You should observe for Nausea, Vomiting,Fever,Rapid respirations, restlessness etc.If you develop any of these symptoms, you should consult a Doctor immediately.
Treatment depends on the symptoms.If fever develops, Paracetamol will be given.For nausea and vomiting,anti emetics are given.
X Ray chest is advised if fever doesn't subside.Infection of the lungs may need an Antibiotic.
Nothing to worry as of now.

                                    hi Doctor, it was empty bottle with water and I just consumed a little, as the same bottle was used for carry petrol. however, I have experienced bloating and gas formation. I didn't sleep properly last night. and a night prior to it, I had also consumed lot of alcohol and Chili. I am actually feeling drowsy and tired. should I take any antacid or something like Gelusil MPS. my current weight is 81 kg where in my height is 176 cm Please advise

All the symptoms that you have mentioned are due to Alcohol and chilli.
I prescribe Proton pump inhibitor like Rabeprazole along with Domperidone to my patients with similar complaints.If it is not available, you can take Gelusil MPS.
Sleeplessness could be due to Anxiety.
