Question : what would cause my anus hole to always feel like something little is crawling around it all the time? everytime i wipe i find lil red specks and dark specks with every wipe

These symptoms are suggestive of parasitic infection and this is the first thing to rule out. So you should do stool microbiologic analysis. Second, it may be hemorrhoids, anal pruritus or anal fissure. These are anal conditions most commonly associated with such feeling and blood in stool. I suggest to use stool softeners, avoid chocolates, fats, and fried food. Have probiotics and high Fibre food. You can apply mild steroid ointment or antihemorrhoidal suppositories and put chamomile tea compress or dolocain gel to relieve symptoms .
