Conditions like peripheral neuropathy or peripheral vascular occlusive diseases ( POVD) where the blood supply to the limb is affected and causing the pain are possibilities.
As a first line management you can take analgesics like paracetamol for pain relief.
If symptoms persist better to consult a general surgeon and plan for a vascular Doppler to rule out POVD.
Make sure that your blood sugar level is well within the normal limits as uncontrolled blood sugar worsen the symptoms.
