Question : when checking my blood with the tester since early this morning my numbers have been very high
like in the the 325 to 475 range
can I do something t get it down now?

Also have you checked your post prandial sugar levels?

If your blood sugar levels seem to be high regularly, you may be needed to start on insulin injections.
