Brief Answer:
May be related to spondylosis...

Detailed Answer:
Hi,

I am a physician associated with department of neurology for the last 5 years. Therefore I take this opportunity to answer on behalf of neurologist.

Though the symptoms are consistent with lower spinal spondylosis and nerve compression (sciatica), we cannot arrive at a conclusion without a clinical examination and radiological evidence.

If the pain has been there for awhile and not started overnight, you should visit a doctor for detailed examination of the back and neurological assessment of lower limb. If deemed necessary MRI scan of the back should be ordered and nerve conduction study needs to be performed. Furthermore, you also need assessment of vascular flow to the limbs.

At this point of time, I would start a pain reliever like tab etoshine MR. It contains a pain killer and muscle relaxants.

Hope this helps. Let me know if you need clarifications.

Regards
