Question : when looking for disorders of the blood vessels ie: failure of the vessel. would you see an elevated vWF risten-cofactor or elevted vWD activity along with an elevated d-dimer?

Dear sir, I have gone through your question and I understand your concerns but these factors are not related to blood vessel failure.. vWD levels determine the clotting profile and its decrease limit the body’s ability to form clots and increase bleeding tendency while it’s increase causes the opposite. while D dimer increases in cases where blood clots are already formed in an attempt of the body to dissolve it.
