                                    Brief Answer:
Pain usually subsides in 1-2 days.
Detailed Answer:
Hello,
Thanks for posting your query.
After a chiropractic adjustment the pain usually subsides in a day or two. The pain in the lower back is likely to be due to a lower back muscle spasm. You need to get oral muscle relaxants prescribed for relief. Hot compress and application of local muscle relaxants will also help.
I hope this answers your query.
