Brief Answer:
all have different benefits

Detailed Answer:
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

All vegetables are good for fiber and help with heart disease, cholesterol and also reduce the risk of cancer (because of the fiber).

They contain different vitamins, anti oxidants and minerals.

Vitamin A- carrots, squash, sweet potato, spinach , asparagus, turnip- these are some
Vitamin B1-okra, peas, potatoes, butternut squash, asparagus, corn, lima beans
Vitamin B9-broccoli, beet root, spinach, lima beans, potatoes
Vitamin C- broccoli, XXXXXXX cauliflower, brussel sprouts, green pepper
Iron- XXXXXXX broccoli, spinach, beet, chick peas
Calcium-okra, garlic, XXXXXXX turnip

Some vegetables have a lower carbohydrate count so they are used if a person is on a low carb diet because they are trying to lose weight or reduce their blood sugar. Low carb vegetables are cauliflower, cabbage, avocado, broccoli, zucchini, spinach, XXXXXXX asparagus

It is normally advised to eat a wide range of vegetables to make sure to get enough of the different benefits

I hope this helps, feel free to ask any other questions

Brief Answer:
saturated fat, trans fat, simple sugars

Detailed Answer:
HI

Sodas (unless sugar free), fruit drink and food with a high level of trans fat should be avoided. Trans fat has been mostly eliminated from foods-can be found in shortening, some vegetable oils, fried foods

Reduce saturated fatty foods eg whole milk, butter, cheese, beef, pork, lamb

Simple sugars such as pastries, desserts should also be reduced
