Hello dear,

The multivitamin which contains cherries on its package contains more vitamin D and folate then the other one with green package.
The multivitamin with green package contains more vitamin A, B6, B12, C, biotin, pantothenic acid then the one with cherries.
Also it contains more minerals such iodine,zinc, selenium,copper, magnesium, chloride, potassium but less vitamin D and folate.

1.If you are taking 5000ui D3 there is no need to take the supplement containing D2.
5000 ui is enough to increase your vitamin D levels.
2. They are multivitamins and one contains more D2 and folate.
3. I would have picked the green one as multivitamin . I can recommend it to you together with the 5000ui of D3 recommended by your doctor.
