Question : why do I keep getting very mild headaches that only last a shirt period of time almost every day lately? I don't drink caffeine and usually am hydrated adequately. plus I eat right and exercise.

I think you should get further evaluated to find the cause of your headache.
I think you should do a x-ray of the neck spine to check for spondyloarthrosis.
Also you can do an EEG to check for migraine.
Take any NSAIDs such acetaminophen or ibuprofen for headache.

good idea.....could it be sinuses since I am stuffed up and have allergies?

Sinusitis causes headache.

Hello dear and thank you for asking again.
Sinusitis is known to give headache mainly in the front head and in the cheeks.
The headache worsens when you bend down like reaching your shoes.
Treating sinusitis will also resolve the headache.
Treating congestion with decongestants such pseudoephedrine or phenylephrine is helpful. Prednisone and antibiotics can be used to treat it.
You can take Tylenol or ibuprofen for headache.
