                                            Question : why has my skin been looking like this? its not itchy. it just looks dry

I see the photo you attached in a previous query. It looks like fungal infection of the skin known as ringworm.
I think you should take antifungal creams found in pharmacy over the counter like lamisil or clotrimoxazol cream or micostop cream.
You can use one of them to apply over the skin.

Hello dear and thank you for asking again. The ringworm doesn't necessarily cause a perfect circle. I think it most probably is ringworm also from the fact that hydrocortisone cream didn't work.
