Question : why is my upper abdomen always bloated and have gas or wind all the time? it doesn't hurt but i feel that there is something wrong with my body. I get extreme fatigue and i have yellow diahrrea all the time no matter what i eat. I'm loosing a lot of hair and muscle mass.
Brief Answer:
It could be malabsorption or metabolic disease
Detailed Answer:
Hi Maaguirre11.ma,
What you describe can be many things, e.g. malabsorption such as lactose intolerance, celiac disease, Whipples disease, or a metabolic disorder, e.g. hyperthyroidism.
I suggest you schedule for blood tests (metabolic panel, hemoglobin, autoantibodies for example for celiac disease, TRAB antibodies), a gastroscopy with biopsies, and fecal tests for parasites, elastasis, bacteria, and calprotectin.
Hope this helps. Please let me know if there is anything else I can help you with.

Brief Answer:
Intolerance tests are a good idea
Detailed Answer:
Hi again,
Intolerance tests are a good idea at this point. Your symptoms can also be a result of your gall bladder removal, but this is a diagnosis of exclusion.
