Question : wife age 46,no past history of any disease,now from last 12 month facing giddiness,earlier it was 2/3times in a month,all test done related to heart,found ok,blood sugar normal,physisian says it is not due to heart,neurologist says nothing with brain and is related to ear,consulted Ent doc,and medicine taken no relief,now he suggested gastro opinion
,now she feels shortness of breath,heart palpitations,trembling,nausea,body pain during morning hours ,this remain for 4 to 5hour and then she is fit for normal work,this type of attack happens for 2/3 days .rest of of the day she is very fit and fine .what to do whom to consult
