Brief Answer:
It could be a rheumatoid condition

Detailed Answer:
Hello and welcome to Ask A Doctor service.

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The following disorders are coming to my mind:

- rheumatoid arthritis or lupus
- cervical disc problem
- recurrent throat or lung infection
- the above conditions accompanying anxiety

I will suggest a consultation with orthopedic surgeon and rheumatologist.

I will also suggest that you upload the reports of the tests done so that I can suggest further.

Hope this helps. Let me know if I can assist you further.
