Detailed Answer:
Hello

After going through the medical details provided by you I can understand and I would like to BP of 118/76 and a heart rate above 60 it’s pretty normal and there is nothing to worry for.

However if you are experiencing any symptoms like chest discomfort or giddiness or dizziness then it’s advisable to get an ecg done and discuss with your treating doctor regarding adjusting the dose of the medicine.

I hope this information will guide you properly.

Kind Regards
