I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

I have seen your previous queries. I will suggest that you firstly confirm if you have a heart problem or not. If investigations like BP, ECG, Cardiac enzymes, Treadmill test, Echocardiography and Angiography are not showing heart problem, then its no use to take any heart protective medicine like Aspirin. In fact it can cause unnecessary bleeds.
A chest X ray PA view can help rule out lung issues.
If it pains on touch, then its probably muscular pain. Stretches can help with muscle pain. Meditation helps with both anxieties and heart problems and can be taken as preventive measure.
Do let me know which investigations have been done. If possible please upload the reports.
