Question : would like some medication for this sinus infection. I have a fever that 102.

Hi,

It would have been better if you described the symptoms and the duration of those symptoms.

Sinusitis is best treated with symptom relief medications - antihistamine and NSAID drugs. Frequent steam inhalation and nasal decongestant drops may be added for a few days. Pencillin antibiotics like augmentin may be used to prevent / treat bacterial contamination. Your local doctor wiill know about these medicines.
