Question : yes Im not sure what I have I thought this was just because I masturbated with something rough but im not sure what it is I went to the dermatologist and she said it should go away on its own but that was 2 weeks ago

I would recommend you to apply topical steroid like cortisone cream on the affected areas twice daily for 8-10 days.
