Question : yesterday my left lower back was hurting. this morning my stool had an oil like substance in it. after looking into im concerned about how serious this is. do i need to go to a hospital? or should i schedule a visit with my primary in the near future? I should note that I am a heavy drinker. i have not had pain today and my stool hasnt been oily since this morning.
