 What Does Delayed Period Along With Nausea And Diarrhea Indicate? 

I am almost 9 days late on my period and I have been having diarrhea every morning and sometime nausea . I am concerned and I have neagitive results on pregnancy test even though the last time I had sex was about 1.5 month ago . I have been experiencing back pains cramps and spotting .

Hi welcome to HCM...

Your period is delayed and your pregnancy test negative .
So don't worry about pregnancy ...

Here other causes for delayed period has to be ruled out like ....
-stress
-DM
-excess exercise
-thyroid problem
-obesity
-hormonal imbalance etc ..

USG and pelvic examination will be useful for rule out PID , ovarian problem, fibroid etc...

According to cause further treatment done .
