Qlaira is a contraceptive. It contains ESTRADIOL VALERATE-DIENOGEST .

Side effects include Nausea, vomiting, headache, stomach cramping/bloating, or breast tenderness/enlargement .

Vaginal bleeding between periods or missed/irregular periods may occur, especially during the first few months of use.

If any of these effects persist or worsen, notify your doctor promptly. If you miss 2 periods continuously, then contact your doctor for a pregnancy test.
