1 Month Pregnant, Pain Like Period Cramps, Diarrhea, Pain Shifted To Left Side. Treatment?

I am a month pregnant and for the last 3 days I have had these cramp type pains in my sides, almost like period cramps. then they got worse to where I couldn't stand to stand up hardly and I was running to he bathroom like every 30 minutes and nothing came out normally but when it did it was mainly diarrhea in small amounts. the pain has lowered today but its shifted to the left side only and its irritating and im literally in tears im so fed up with it. what can I do to make it stop.

Hi,
Welcome to HCM,
From your history it seems that you are having acute gastro-enteritis.
Take some anti-spasmodic like Dicyclomine and anti-diarrhea medicines.
Take plenty of water, electral powder and ORS liquid.
Take coffee, apple and dadam juices.
Take light diet like curd, rice and buttermilk.
Ok and bye.
