11 year old boy got sick last jan. with intestional viral infection. had hida scan showed gallbladder at 48 percent. he was put on cyproheptadine 2 mg twice daily, gabapentin 3 times daily and sertraline 50mg at bedtime. he is currently off the cyproheptadine and gabapentin, they will wean him in may from sertraline. he is doing well in school, did well with the weaning of meds so far. however after he eats a lot of times I notice within 30 mins of eating he might mention a belly ache. he does have diarrhea quite often. when a gallbladder's function starts to deplenish does it deplenish rapidly?
