12 Weeks Pregnant, Had Miscarriage Earlier. Prescribed Ovutrip Hp 5000 Iu Injection. Is It Safe To Take This Injection?
My wife is running 12 weeks pregnancy. In Jan 2012, she had miscarrage. This time, besides other medicines, after end of the 9 week, doctor has started giving her ovutrig hp 5000 iu and has advised that this injection is to be taken on weekly basis, total four injections. Please clarify that whether this injection is safe at this stage i.e. after conception, both for the women as well as for the baby.

Your wife had miscarriage before because of that doctor prescribed ovutrip to support her pregnancy because miscarriage may occur because of some hormonal deficiency also.
So don't worry it is very much safe for you and your baby.
