13 Year Old Had Infusion. Abnormal CBC Report. Had Bacterial Infection. Can You Describe The Report?

My 13 year old son was in hospital Fdue to sickness and his Limphocytes count is 3.5L,Leukocytes 13.4H, Neutrophils 90.9H,neu 12.14H he had an infussion of 2lt .I was told this was a Bacterial infection . He is home now I would like to know what these results mean I think all other tests were normal. Thank you for your time kind regards Suzy
