my 15 month old daughter got burnt in her eye with hot water and three days later a blister has appeared on the white of her eye and it is all red

wash eye with ample amount of water, it seems cornea is damaged so contact any good ophthalmologist as soon as possible because once cornea is damaged then chances of recovery is difficult.
