15 Year Old With Severe Headaches, Joint Pain And Reddish Spots On The Arms. Tried Aleve And Advil. No Relief. Need Better Medication

hi,
im brooke, im 15 years old and ive been getting major headaches (fevers) ,neck hurtin, pain in back of the head, joint pain ,and notice a couple of red spots on my arms and brusies that just appear. id like to know whats causes these things, ive also tried alot of advil,aleve and more medicine for the headaches and pain, but nothing seems to effect me,its like i didnt even take the medicine. Can you please give me an answer?

Based on your symptoms of headache, neck pain ,fever ,joint pain and reddish spots in arm,need to consider viral exanthematous fever with associated headaches and neck pains
You need to be clinically evaluated by neurologist/Family physician for same
You require complete blood count with ESR,blood sugar, ASO titre, CRP and platelet count to be checked.Treatment planned as per clinical and lab findings.
