15 Years Ago I Took Expired Medication (tetracycline) That Made

15 years ago i took expired medication (tetracycline) that made my eye puffy and I got a red-purple discoloration on my belly, my eye came back to normal in a day but the "rash" stayed. For 15 years is being there, it doesn't hurt, itch, is flat whit the rest of the skin, it looks like a birthmark, if I press on it it gets pale like a real birthmark. Now is expanding, not a lot but is getting bigger. I went to the doctor(in another country) years ago and she looked at me like I was making things up because it looks like a birthmark and it was a few years after I got it for the first time. I'm 39 years old and I'm over all very healthy.
